About Henri Bardhi

I was born and raised in Albania and moved to the United States at fifteen with my parents and little brother. We settled in Palm Harbor, and I attended Tarpon Springs High School. I have lived in Pinellas County for nearly all of my adult life. It is where I have built my life and my career, and where I feel at home.
Growing up as the child of immigrant parents, I learned early what it means to work hard to protect what you have built and to provide for the people you love and care for. From the age of fifteen, I worked in fast food restaurants, impact window companies, warehouses, and offices. Working hard across those different industries, and alongside so many different kinds of people, taught me things that no classroom ever could. When I sit across from someone who has spent a lifetime building something, I understand what is at stake. I do not take that lightly.
I was the first person in my family to earn a college degree, something I am deeply proud of because my parents and I worked incredibly hard to make it possible. I earned my bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida, then studied law at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where I focused my studies on estate planning and tax, earning the law school's Estate Planning Certificate. Immediately after, I completed the Master of Laws in Taxation at UF, which is consistently ranked among the top three graduate tax programs in the country by U.S. News & World Report.
In 2018–2019, I was selected for the Florida Fellows Institute by the Fellows of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, an honor extended to a small number of estate planning attorneys across Florida. I have also been a featured author in Action Line, the statewide publication of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
I founded The Bardhi Firm to practice the way I believe law should be practiced, with real attention to each client's specific circumstances, and with estate planning and business law treated as what they are: connected disciplines that have to work together. I serve individuals and families from all backgrounds and at every stage of life, as well as small and mid-size business owners, all with meaningful assets to protect and real decisions to make. You will work directly with me on every matter. I take the time to make sure you understand every document you sign, and nothing moves forward until you do.
I live in Tarpon Springs with my wife and our baby boy, Alex. In my free time, I love getting outdoors and out on the water with my family. Time spent with the people I love always reminds me that the reason I work hard is to provide for them and to protect what I have built for them. This shared sentiment is what connects me to my clients, and what drives me to help them do the same.
If you are ready to get your plan in place, I would be glad to talk.
